Terms & Conditions – Wishing Wells

  1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure Wishing Wells.
  2. Payment of the balance must be received by Wedding Art Creations in cleared funds prior to items being released either by cash, cheque or bank deposit. Full name and invoice number are required either on the cheque or bank deposit. Please note that bank deposits are not confirmed until the following business day at the earliest.
  3. Sample poems for Wishing Well hire can be forwarded to the customer if requested, upon receipt of the 50% non-refundable deposit.
  4. Wishing Wells remain the property of Wedding Art Creations at all times and the customer will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage incurred or missing items while the Wishing Wells are in the care of the customer.
  5. Wishing Wells are to be returned in the original packaging. Should the original packaging not be returned or is damaged the customer will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage incurred.
  6. Wishing Wells are to be collected or delivered no earlier than the day before the event and returned no later than the day following the event unless by prior arrangement (except when the day following the event is a Sunday, then the Wishing Well can be returned on the Monday). An additional fee may be charged for late return at the standard hire rate.
  7. The owner accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury or consequential damage of any kind that may be caused by hiring any items.
  8. If at any time the money you owe Wedding Art Creations is not paid, we may refer to a collection agency for recovery. You agree to reimburse Wedding Art Creations on demand on a full indemnity basis for all the collection agency costs and expenses incurred by Wedding Art Creations (including GST).
  9. An additional delivery fee may be charged if goods are not being picked up by customer.
  10. By paying the required deposit you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.

Terms & Conditions – Purchased items

  1. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the quoted price is required to confirm quote. Payment of the balance is due within 30 days of the initial deposit, or prior to the items being released.
  2. Payment is required either by cash, cheque or bank deposit to Wedding Art Creations. Full name and invoice number are required on the cheque or bank deposit. Goods will not be released until order is paid in full.
  3. If at any time the money you owe Wedding Art Creations is not paid, we may refer to a collection agency for recovery. You agree to reimburse Wedding Art Creations on demand on a full indemnity basis for all the collection agency costs and expenses incurred by Wedding Art Creations (including GST).
  4. An additional delivery fee may be charged if goods are not being picked up by customer.
  5. By paying the required deposit you are deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions in full.
